Mary Reid is originally from Buffalo, NY, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Music (viola) from SUNY Fredonia while working as a ski instructor at Kissing Bridge/Glenwood Acres.
Following graduation, she moved to New York City to pursue music and modeling before following her love for skiing to Aspen, Colorado, and ultimately making her way cross-country to Los Angeles.
Falling in love with LA, Mary made it her home, raised a family, formed the band Che Blammo (available on Spotify), and built an active acting career.

Her credits include films such as Amazon Women on the Moon and The Clan of the Cave Bear, television shows like Scarecrow and Mrs. King and Hardcastle and McCormick, and a multi-year run playing Red Sonja in Universal Studios' live-action Conan the Barbarian show.
Education & Leadership
From the classroom to Hollywood High.
Mary later transitioned into education with the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), serving as both a teacher and an administrator before retiring as the principal of Hollywood High School.

Passionately dedicated to creative and intellectual pursuits, Dr. Reid married Gino Gaudio, and together they produced the documentary The Lost Legacy of Tony Gaudio.
Mary has IP collabs with Boardwalk Productions for Netflix and a music competition pilot for Viacom.
